Access Managed Bean From Another Managed Bean

Functional requirement:
Based on the input from the user i am supposed to fetch 
the records from the database. In this case, when i get 
the name from the user I will search for records which 
are associated to the particular name

Query used:
select * from user_info where user_id="name"(name 
is the value which the user give as input) 

After clicking on the submit button by the user it will 
be directed to another page which displays the records 
based on the query.

So far I have included the search function in a different 
class and the variable name is in the backing bean. If 
there is a possible way to get the name variable from 
the backing bean to use it in my search class then this 
requirement will be accomplished.

Note: The basic requirement is that search function 
should not be in the backing bean itself.

Solution:
Have a PersonBean for the data (UIInput values). 
Have a WorkerBean for the action method (UICommand 
action). Have a PersonBean property in the WorkerBean 
and configure faces-config.xml so that JSF will inject the 
current PersonBean instance in the WorkerBean instance.

Indian Share Market is expensive

As companies reported their first-quarter, April-June, numbers during all of July, there indeed were some positives seen. Some analysts say, better cost optimization and streamlining of operations also resulted in the stock market reacting positively. The Nifty on Monday, August 3, touched a 14-month high. 

A bottom aggregation of FY10 target prices for the BSE Sensex companies stands at 15,000. Sanjeev Prasad who is the Executive Director and Co-Head, Kotak Securities, said, adding that he did not see a case for any significant re-rating of earnings, which meant the Sensex was now starting to head into the territory of stretched valuations. In the face of small negative developments in the market or the economy, in the face of weak monsoons — which people are completely ignoring at this point in time — the case for a sustainable rally is not there.” The market is trading at about 17.7 times on FY10 numbers and almost 15 times on FY11 numbers.

Prasad said that, given the valuations, real estate now and autos would be under the most pressure to perform ahead. “We are fine on banking, technology and consumers,” he said. He also mentioned it would depend on how earnings pan out in the second half of the year, which would depend on how the competition was and how number portability would affect the game.
